Chef Chad Pritchard, chef behind the award winning restaurants Oregano Italian Kitchen and The Chef’s Table, is chef and owner of the 80s themed restaurant, serving authentic New York style pizza and handcrafted pasta, Fat Daddy’s Pizzeria. Chad’s pizzeria opened in 2019 just before the pandemic and not only survived, but thrived and rose to the challenges that the pandemic presented. Today, Chad continues to seek to serve the Provo Utah community.
