If you are looking for a new and unique place to eat a delicious meal, enjoy a micro-brewed beer or handcrafted sodas, listen to live music, check out vintage motorcycles, and feel welcomed like family, then Strap Tank Brewery, with restaurants in Springville and Lehi, is the place to go!

Owner Rick Salisbury had a vision to create a brewery, restaurant, and pub with freshly brewed beers, handcrafted root beer, and great food in a family-friendly atmosphere. He based his idea around his love for vintage motorcycles—namely, his vintage Harley-Davidson Strap Tank.

The history of the Strap Tank motorcycle goes back to 1907, when "Harley-Davidson rolled strap tank model number 2037 off the assembly line. Today, it is considered the best unrestored example of the Strap Tank model in existence, sporting its original paint job, engine, frame, and tires.” The bike is now displayed in the Legends Motorcycle building across from their first restaurant, located in Springville. Guests are encouraged to walk over to Legends to see the historic motorcycle, along with many other extremely rare and vintage bikes.

The pub and brewery were meticulously designed by Rick himself “as a replica of the original Harley-Davidson motorcycle factory.” While there, explore historical and custom decor, such as 100-year-old motorcycles, custom oil paintings, mermaids, and much more. Everywhere you look you will discover new and interesting things to see, making it a fun place to eat, drink, and visit with friends and family.

At Strap Tank, their goal is to make you feel welcome! When you come in, you may recognize Rick and his wife Vicki in their usual seats at the corner of the bar, and they might even come by during your visit to introduce themselves and welcome you in. Strap Tank wants you to celebrate life and family with them, so they make sure the atmosphere is a great place for everyone. Strap Tank offers something special for drinkers and non-drinkers alike. Handcrafted sodas like the Strap Tank rootbeer, orange cream, and ginger beer will highlight the long list of non-alcoholic beverages and specialty drinks available.

When it comes to exceptional food, Strap Tank has got you covered. From their #1 most popular dish of beer-battered fish and chips to the delectable Strap Tank tacos, their delicious, locally-sourced menu highlights the wealth of Utah’s native agriculture. With dishes ranging from light to hearty, Strap Tank has what it takes to satisfy any craving.
