Owners Mirian and Elcio Zanatta are a married couple who hail from Brazil and have brought delicious flavors to Utah County. Mirian's family is from Lebanon, so Aubergine & Co has a variety of Mediterranean dishes, as well as some Brazilian influence, such as their highly appraised cheese bread. Their healthy restaurant contributes in a great way to the large and growing diversity of food creators in the area. 

Although they bring food from all over the world to Utah Valley, their focus is on creating dishes that help people feel better. Instead of refined sugars, they use natural sweeteners, such as fruit, honey, and agave. For dessert, you can try their "nice cream" that replaces dairy with coconut milk. They even have a kids menu, so everyone in the family can enjoy eating healthy together.
