  • Overview
    Measured at 11,928 feet, Mount Nebo is the highest peak of the Wasatch Mountain Range. It was named Mount Nebo, which means “Sentinel of God”, by the early Mormon pioneers. The Nebo Scenic Byway, which is a National Scenic Byway, travel through Mount Nebo. There is a wilderness area in which visitors are encouraged to absorb nature. Since the early settlers, Mt. Nebo was recognized as a source of life.
