This journey started years ago as a hobby, and turned into an art form. After competing in many competitions, which resulted in multiple grand championships, our Brisket was consistently number 1 as well as the Ribs, Chicken and Pulled pork. We decided to take this passion to the next level and share this award-winning meat with everyone.
