One way to beat the cold weather blues is to stay active. There is no better place to do that than at a trampoline park. Utah Valley is home to 5 amazing trampoline adventure parks where families can jump and play together for hours on end.

Quick reminder: all trampoline parks require grip socks. Most allow you to bring any grip socks, but some require you to purchase their special socks, so check the individual locations for their policies.

5. The Hive: Spanish Fork

The Hive in Spanish Fork has a huge variety of active adventures. First, there are trampolines to bounce around and flip and jump. This area also has steps and slanted trampolines to help with flips and tricks.

There is another area with slack lines, balance beams, and jousting. There are basketball hoops under the trampolines for some amazing dunks. One entire corner is full of an inflatable playground for kids to explore, jump on, and climb.

You can also pay extra to drive the go-karts. This was our boys’ favorite part, but it does cost extra..

Honestly, there are so many things to do, there is no way anyone can be bored at The Hive. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that there are couches all over The Hive for parents to sit and relax while their kids run wild.

4. Hang Time Adventure Park: Orem

Hang Time in Orem was the first trampoline park that we ever visited. There is one room with wall to wall trampolines. Our boys’ favorite area is the jumping pit area where you land in a giant bag of air.

Hang Time Adventure Park also has a dodgeball area, which has an employee as a referee. My boys were huge fans of this fair way to play dodgeball.

They also added a brand new Jungle Cove adventure park inside Get Air Hang Time. It is designed for kids 12 and under, and there are tons of places to climb and slide, including a ball pit to slide right into. We love the variety of activities at Get Air Hang Time.

3. SkyZone: Saratoga Springs

SkyZone is the newest trampoline park to join Utah Valley, and it describes itself as an adventure park. There aren’t as many trampolines as some of the other places, but there are still a lot of fun things to do.

SkyZone has two springy courts for basketball, volleyball, or soccer, which my athletic boys loved. They also have a fun climbing playground, warrior course, boulder balls, and a Floor is Lava game!

The highlight is definitely the big slides and the swings. We spent a lot of time in this area. Your family will love playing here together.

2. Airborne Lindon: Lindon

Airborne Lindon has recently updated a lot of the areas in their trampoline park. They added three large slides. This is a new favorite with the kids. They love sliding down these huge slides and flying off the end into a pit.

They also added a large indoor playground area for kids 10 and under. This play area has so much to do with little slides, climbing spots, and more.

We love the ninja course at Airborne for our teenagers. They like trying to make it as far as they can without falling. Some areas are easier than others, and it is a great way to work on getting stronger and completing difficult skills. There are a lot of trampolines for fun tricks and jumping!

Airborne Lindon offers Homeschool Social every Friday afternoon from 12-2 pm. Students and home teachers get $2 off during this time, too.

1. Lowe’s Extreme Air Sports: Provo

Lowe’s Extreme Air Sports definitely has some extreme trampolines. The boys were catching some serious air in their jumps. There are lots of trampolines, and a swing to land in a large foam pit. We had fun trying to complete the challenges in the warrior course area, but spent most of our time in the pit.

One thing we love about Lowe’s Extreme Sports is that there is a separate area for kids 6 and under. It is closed in with a gate, so you can easily keep your young ones close by. This area has trampolines, slides, climbing areas, and more. This is a great spot for kids of all ages.
