Pleasant Grove Main Street has a new Pizza place that we are so excited about. Firebird Pizza and Pasta is a family owned restaurant that opened 5 months ago at 93 Main St, Pleasant Grove. They are known for their crust. It's homemade with fresh herbs and garlic mixed into the dough. The pizza is baked in a stone oven so its light and crispy. They have all your favorites along with some you have never tried before. You can even make your own. We were told to try the BBQ Chicken with pineapple on it. You can even get a Gluten Free Crust! The pasta here is great too. Try the Creamy Pesto Pasta, it's a must have! They also started delivering within Pleasant Grove recently.
