If you live in Utah County, summer means one thing above all else: parades. From horses to helium balloons, livestock to marching bands, the communities along the Wasatch Front go all out every single summer. Here's your guide to the best parades happening this season.
Art City Days Grand Parade — Springville
Saturday, June 13 | 10:00 AM
Voted one of the best parades in Utah County, the Springville Grand Parade features over 100 entries including marching bands, floats, antique vehicles, and equestrian units winding through downtown Springville. There's also a Children's Parade the day before on Friday, June 12 at 9:30 AM, where kids can decorate their bikes, scooters, and wagons and parade around the block — free to join on the spot.
OremFest Grand Parade — Orem
Saturday, June 13 | 7:00–9:00 PM
OremFest's Grand Parade kicks off at 800 S and 800 E, turning onto Center Street, and features colorful floats, marching bands, and local talent celebrating Orem's community. This is one of the few evening parades on the list, making it a great option for families who want to catch a parade without the morning rush.
Strawberry Days Parade — Pleasant Grove
Saturday, June 20
Pleasant Grove's Strawberry Days is celebrating its 105th year in 2026, making it one of the longest-running community festivals in the state. This year's theme, Stars, Stripes and Strawberries, sets the perfect tone for a summer parade that's equal parts patriotic and hometown proud. The festival's mission has always been to unite families and the community through activities and service, honoring the past while building toward the future.
Lehi Roundup — Three Parades in One Week!

Thursday, June 25 – Saturday, June 27
Lehi doesn't do anything halfway. During Roundup week, the city hosts not one, not two, but three separate parades. The crown jewel is the Stock Parade on Thursday, an all-horse and livestock parade that holds the title of the largest all-horse parade in Utah. If you've never watched a parade go by without a single float or marching band, just horses and livestock as far as the eye can see, this one belongs on your bucket list.

Not a traditional parade, but an experience worth including. Follow the Flag flies a massive 150'x78' American flag weighing 400 pounds and covering 11,700 square feet across a 600-foot canyon wall in Pleasant Grove every Fourth of July. This year marks Flight #24 and coincides with America's 250th Anniversary celebration. Veterans, families, and patriots have been moved to tears standing beneath it.

July 24 | 9:00 AM
The Fiesta Days Grand Parade is the largest 24th of July parade in Utah County, welcoming marching bands, floats, businesses, queen royalties, and community groups along Center Street and Main Street. It's a long-standing family tradition that draws crowds from across the region every Pioneer Day.

Saturday, July 25 | 9:00 AM
The Steel Days Grand Parade marches through the heart of American Fork along Main Street, featuring floats, marching bands, community organizations, classic cars, and public safety vehicles, making it a highlight of one of Utah County's favorite summer celebrations.
Golden Onion Days Parade — Payson
Labor Day Weekend | September 3–7
Golden Onion Days dates back to 1929, originally celebrating Payson's history as an outstanding agricultural producer of onions. Today the multi-day festival includes a parade, concerts, carnival, car show, and fireworks over Labor Day weekend. A true Utah original.
Utah County summers are made for this. Grab your lawn chairs, find your spot along the curb, and enjoy the tradition.
