Utah County really knows how to do amazing parks and playgrounds. We feel so lucky to live here and enjoy all of these parks with our family. In the past few years, we have added some top notch playgrounds that all kids will enjoy. So take your kids to a new park and win some serious brownie points.

Cook Park: Pleasant Grove

This park not only has an amazing playground with tons of places to climb, slide, and play, but it also has a splash pad, pump track, sports courts, and skate park. It is the spot to spend a full day in the summertime. The park has fun animals all over it, which our family just loves.

Epic Sports Park: Provo

Epic Sports Park playground in Provo

This park has a million soccer fields, but also two playgrounds. The north playground has a lot of spinning toys and a tower with a tall slide. The south playground has a ton of climbing areas and a few slides. Kids will love both playgrounds, so you can spend time playing at both.

Lehi Family Park

Lehi Family Park playground

This park has two special things. One is that it is designed for all abilities, so there are toys for wheelchairs and those with other special needs. It also has a fence all the way around, so it is easy to keep kids inside. But the highlight is the giant playground with lots of areas to explore and play. And in the summer enjoy the massive splash pad that stretches across most of the back of the park.

Berliner Park: Utah City

Berliner Park in Utah City, Vineyard

This is Utah County's newest city and playground. Not only does it have a unique hot air balloon that glows at night that you can climb into, but it also has beautiful flora around the park. It is in a gorgeous setting with views of the lake and the mountains. There are some slides and climbing spots, plus a splash area that is great for young kids.

Smith Ranch Regional Park: Eagle Mountain

Smith Ranch Regional Park in Eagle Mountain

This park is massive. It actually has three playgrounds plus a ninja warrior course and skate park. It is hard to keep track of kids because it is spread out a bit, and there is so much to do. We play in each area together and then move onto the next. It also has a fun animal theme, and we loved the giant rattlesnake, coyote, bald eagle, and more. So many unique spots to play!

Delta Gateway Park: Provo

Provo River at Delta Gateway Park

This fun park in Provo sits right on the Provo River. You can play at the park, which is designed to look like it's a dock at the river, and then go for a walk along the river. There is even a shallow spot to dip your feet into the river. We loved having a park that feels like a natural setting.

Hillcrest Park: Orem

Hillcrest Park playground in Orem

Hillcrest Park is so fun for families because not only does it have a huge playground to explore, but it also has an indoor game area with pool tables, ping pong, and more. We also love that there are little playhouses for young kids to enjoy. There is a splash pad at this park, so everyone can find something to do.

Cole Park: Salem

Barn playground at Cole Park in Salem

This park is perfect for farm lovers. The playground looks like a giant barn. There are also playground toys shaped like a silo and a tractor with slides on both. It is adorable, and the little splash pad even joins in on the farm theme. There are just a few sprayers, but it's a fun place to splash after playing on the farm playground.

Quail Orchard Park: Provo

This new park in Provo has a bunch of different play areas and some slides right down the side of the hill. During the summer there is a small creek that runs through the park to cool your feet. There is a separate toddler area for little ones, and beautiful views of the mountains.
