It's clear to see why this bakery and cafe is so popular--besides the pastries tasting incredible, they are also just so beautiful you almost don't want to eat them. But trust us, you won't regret it once you do.

3) Fat Daddy's Pizzeria

Fill up on one of the most popular and comforting foods in the world--pizza. In a hip, modern atmosphere (checkered tablecloths and all), you can find large slices of award-winning New York pizza and enjoy it until that last piece is gone. Whatever you can't finish, take home in a box and enjoy the next day! But we won't judge you if you finish it all there.

4) Molly's

Heck, it's one of the best restaurants in Utah County! The sweetest ladies serve you made-from-scratch food in a cafeteria-style line and then you can enjoy your delicious meal.

5) Bam Bams BBQ

Find some of the best meats and BBQ sauces in Utah County at Bam Bams. They have a fun and local vibe with black chalkboard walls and colorful chalk art. You'll love looking at what locals have drawn as the juices from brisket and smoked sausage drip down your chin.

6) Harvest Restaurant

7) Communal

Communal Mashed Potatoes

Dine with your friends and family at Communal's big table, where you can order several dishes to share. It will feel like Sunday dinners, passing plates around to get a scoop of every delicious item served. The dining experience at Communal is one of the best in Provo.

9) Station 22 Cafe

10) Maria Bonita's

Start off your meal by sharing an oversized fruity drink and then dig into your piled-high fajitas and burritos.

12) Tru Religion

Breakfast is always a good idea and the best place to start on your journey to keeping warm! At Tru Religion, they'll take good care of you, making sure you get your fill of comforting foods. They also take donations for their Second Chance program (all proceeds go to a local person in need), which will warm your soul, too.

13) Foundry Grill

Add extra insulation before playing in the snow at Sundance Mountain Resort with a visit to their Foundry Grill. This restaurant serves some delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners with so much class and elegance. And don't even get us started on their Sunday brunch buffet.... If you really want to splurge, also try the Tree Room while you're up there.

14) Black Sheep Cafe

We try to find a way to make Black Sheep fit on every food list we create because it's just that good. The Southwestern Native American cuisine really is filling and warm, but possibly the most comforting food they serve is their fried bread, whether for dessert or incorporated into your meal.

15) Seven Brothers Burgers

Seven Brothers originally started in Hawaii before it moved to the mainland and became a Utah County restaurant (and we're so glad for that). It's a fast casual, super laid back, family-owned restaurant with outrageous burgers and uniquely shaped fries. 

  • What hits the spot: the Paniolo (especially the giant onion rings!) and any of their six other burgers

16) Magleby's

Magleby's has been a staple restaurant in Springville for years, serving folks "homestyle cooking freshly prepared to answer any craving." The food won't just remind you of Grandma's cooking--it IS grandma's cooking. The Magleby's have perfected their dishes after over 30 years of making them.

17) Rockwell Ice Cream Co

Ice cream is always a good idea (yes, even in the winter!). It's worth getting cold for and gaining a little extra padding to your waist for--especially if it comes from Rockwell. They use local vendors to create their unique, one-of-a-kind flavors, including seasonal flavors that are always changing.

18) Bombay House

19) Waffle Love

Their liege waffles are sweet, fluffy, and the stuff of your dreams. This is a great choice if you’re looking for a weeknight dinner that’s ready in under 30 minutes.

20) Brick Oven Pizza
