Independence Training provides real-world emergency response training for civilians, law-enforcement, and military. Training includes the use of firearms, emergency medical techniques, defensive tactics, wilderness survival skills and youth safety education.
The medical instructor team built the emergency medical ‘dirt medicine’ courses based on real world experiences, not textbook or clinical medicine. Instructors come from backgrounds that include battlefield medicine, search and rescue, wilderness first response, Fire/EMS, flight medic and ER medic.
This emergency medical course is all about saving lives using field medicine, or 'dirt medicine', techniques.
Carried by military personnel, law enforcement officers, outdoorsmen, first-responders and concerned citizens, the IFAK is a key element in providing life-saving medical care to yourself or someone else.
This isn't about splinting bones or putting on band-aids, this is about 'Stopping the Bleeding and Starting the Breathing.' Don't be the one sitting on your hands in an emergency - learn how to be a lifesaver!
