    Traditions Bakery & Cafe (formerly Honey & Grains) uses local and fresh ingredients. Their bread is baked fresh every day and the bakery hand-mills their wheat, which is grown right here in Utah. They don't add preservatives, chemicals or dough enhancers. Their honey wheat bread is made with honey sourced from a local beekeeper. The most popular is the artisan sourdough which is baked in a stone oven. Crusty baguettes, honey-sweetened sweet breads, healthy pan breads and yummy dinner rolls are mouth-watering too. Cakes, cinnamon rolls, turnovers, cookies, brownies and pies are made from scratch and will satisfy your sweet tooth.
