Smart Steps - A Free Family Strengthening Workshop

This free interactive course is brought to you by Healthy Relationships Utah. During our time together, we’ll cover a variety of topics including:Creating family unityBuilding a strong couple relationshipHealthy communicationNavigating conflictStrategies for successful co-parentingStress managementOur group will meet 2 hours at a time for 7 consecutive weeks of awesome relationship education. Participation with your partner is encouraged, but not required. Continued funding of this program depends on course completion, so please plan to attend all classes in your session.
