We are a local non-profit co-op that started tapping the maple trees in our own backyards. Now we are working on research with USU and producing Bigtooth Maple Syrup for you to try! It has a unique flavor, more buttery and sweet then the sugar maple. We wanted to do more for our community so we are hosting an annual Bigtooth Maple Festival.The Festival will have interactive booths about Maple Tapping and production and sap tastings. Free games for all ages, crafts, live music, photo booth, face painting, petting zoo and more! Pancake Shop will have local Janrnas Pancakes and a side for $10. Check out our Spring Market Vendors such as award winning barbershop The Fellas, CSA Nice Farm Goods, White Stone Pottery, Local Honey, Black Rifle Coffee Company and more locals to support.
