Are you an aspiring rockhound? Or maybe you just like shiny things. If so, you're in luck as this weekend the Annual Spring Parade of Gems will be held at the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds. Come see what can be made with rocks and gems. The show includes displays, jewelry, door prizes, a rock sale, and demonstrations as well as Mr. Bones, the life-size walking T-Rex skeleton. So come on out, bring the family and have a rocking good time (pun intended).

Another great family outing would be the Kalon Ludvigson Gymnatics Invitation being held at the UCCU Center on UVU Campus. The Kalon Ludvigson Invitational was started in 2011 as a competition to honor Kalon Ludvigson, a Utah native. Kalon is the USA's most decorated tumbling athlete in USA Gymnastics history. Kalon was unfortunately seriously injured in a training exercise in 2013 and this invitational has taken on new meaning to memorialize the former feats of this amazing athlete. So come on out and watch some amazing gymnastics this weekend! You're sure to be amazed by what these amazing athletes can do!
