This time of year can feel a little morose for me. The holidays are over, it's freezing outside and I become a little lethargic. Thank goodness we live in an area where there's always something to do! Check out some of these activities and maybe they can help you out with those winter time blues
1. Bluebird Cafe Winter Concert: Sundance Film Festival- It's a perfect mix of winter and summer events! The Bluebird Cafe Concert Series, which normally takes place in summer is having a special winter concert as the Sundance Fim Festival winds down . The Bluebird Cafe Concert Series always brings top notch artists and this time it's no different! Check out artists Josh Osborne, Ashley Gorley and Chris Destefano as they perform this Friday at 8:00 pm.
2. 7th Annual A Night of Broadway- The SCERA will be holding their Annual A Night of Broadway from Wednesday to Saturday Night and it's sure to impress! This year they've themed the event "Broadway Rocks"; performing showtunes in rock'n roll style! The vocal talent at this show is ridiculous and not to be missed! See if you can catch on of their remaining shows! Shows start at 7:00 pm and cost between $10 and $12 dollars.
3. Frigid 5k and Polar Plunge- If you're tired of being stuck inside your house because of the snow get out and get frigid!
