Downtown Provo has a new Dessert Restaurant: The Choc'late Mousse! It just opened this week and we stopped by to see our new neighbor. This is more then just a restaurant, it is an experience. You start by picking your size, next your crust type, and last your filling. Every combination you try is different from the last, and they change up their filling flavors for a fresh taste every time you go in. We had the Thin Mint Crust with Oreo mousse filling topped with whipped cream. Oh my was it good. The crunch of the crust works great with the smooth filling. The filling is rich and light, a perfect end of your dinner or late night snack (They're open until 11).  If you go with a group try the Pie Flight, it comes with six delicious choices of pie filling served as a sampler. That way you get to try a little bit of everything. And really, who doesn't want that.

We talked with the owner about how The Choc'late Mousse Pie Bar came to Provo. He said there was one in Texas where him and his wife lived. They went there all the time and always talked about how it would be great if there was one in Utah. They had done their undergrads in Provo and have lots of family here. They decided they were going to make it happen, so they saved up quit their jobs and made the move across the country. She is now in Law School and pregnant with twins!
