When I looked at our calendar to try and decide what weekend events I wanted to feature for this blog post, I panicked a little. Considered the last weekend of summer, Labor Day weekend is always chock full of amazing activites, and this year is no exception. With so many amazing options though creating this list was kind of painful. Check out our calendar though, because there's bound to be a festival, bazaar listed there you don't want to miss out on!

1. The Timpanogos Storytelling Festival. The festival brings some of the best storytellers from around the world into Utah Valley. Held annually in Orem at Timpanogos Park, you'll find performers telling stories ranging from deeply emotional, hilariously funny and downright frightening! Bedtime Stories is specifically geared towards young children, with thre rest of the festival aimed towards older children to adults. Parking for the festival is scarce near the park so make sure you park at one of three designated parking lots and take the shuttle up! The lots are located at:

2. South of Center Fest. The first festival of it's kind in Provo, South of Center Fest is a Festival dedicated to local art and artisans. This festival gives artists a way to showcase their works and connect with the community. Expect amazing pieces, music and local grub. The Festival takes place at the 

3. Rooftop Concert Series with Kaskade, The Brocks and Two Nations. The Final Rooftop Concert is this Friday on Center Street in Provo and it's going to be huge. Kaskade is a grammy nominated EDM artist and consistent Billboard Chart topper! Be aware of road closures on Center Street:

Center Street eastbound lane will be closed on Thursday, September 3, starting at 8:00 am from University Avenue to Freedom Boulevard.

Center Street westbound lane will be closed on Thursday, September 3 starting at 7:00 pm from University Avenue to
Freedom Boulevard.

Center Street will reopen on Saturday, September 5 at 6:00 am.
