When it’s cold outside or you just want food that warms your body and soul, soup is the perfect meal. Instead of slaving over soup recipes or figuring out cooking times with your slow cooker, why not support a local business and get a bowl of your favorite beef broth or french onion soup at one of the following restaurants in Utah County?

In compiling the following restaurants, we wanted to choose businesses that may not readily come to mind. So while Zupa’s and Kneaders are great places to grab a bowl of soup, we went with more unique alternatives. So pull up a chair and prepare yourself for some delicious liquid sustenance.

Hot pot is a cooking technique originating from China where an array of raw meats, vegetables, noodles, and spices are thrown into a boiling pot of soup stock and shared communally. Four Season is the only Hot Pot restaurant in Utah County and has been serving the community since 2006.

Four Seasons Hot Pot and Dumpling House are known for their all-you-can-eat buffet style of hot pot, which they pair with some delicious dipping sauces. So throw in some leafy greens, like napa cabbage, fish balls, and baby corns, and prepare yourself for a scrumptious hot pot meal.

There are plenty of other great restaurants that serve soup throughout the valley. What are some of your favorites? For even more great restaurant recommendations, check out our foodie guides and our restaurant page.
