Dancers Company

BYU's Performing Arts Management program is known for their exquisite music, theatre, dance and performing arts productions. The University has 16 talented performing groups sharing their gifts with not only the United States, but the rest of the world.

The Ballroom Dance Company has performed throughout Europe, the Middle East, the South Pacific, eastern Asia, and the United States. They have also performed as special guest artists at ballroom dance competitions in China, Ukraine, and Hungary.

BYU Singers have performed in Italy, Israel, Jordan, Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. Men’s Chorus is the largest collegiate male chorus in the United States with a total of 230 members. Vocal Point, BYU’s own glee-club, focuses on the beautiful sounds of a cappella music.

The Chamber Orchestra has toured Canada, China, Taiwan and through Europe sharing the exhilarating tones of classical music. Jazz up the night with a little comedy from Dancers’ Company who has performed in Puerto Rico, South America, East Asia, South Africa, Turkey, Australia and Israel.

United States, and other countries. Get a taste of styles and dances of cultures all over the world. Living Legends takes you back to the ancient cultures of the Americas and the Pacific and allows you to see their Polynesian and Latin American traditional dances.Young Ambassadors, a show that combines song and dance, has performed in 56 nations around the world.

The Cougarettes, winners of seven National Collegiate Dance Team Championships, are also one of the many performing groups that BYU supports.

Other performing groups include Folk Music Ensemble, Jazz Legacy, Jazz Voices, Philharmonic Orchestra, Synthesis, Theatre Ballet, and Wind Symphony.

Harris Fine Art Center

All of these high caliber performing arts groups can be seen in performance at the Harris Fine Arts Center. The HFAC consists of five venues including Gerrit De Jong Jr. Concert Hall, Franklin and Florence Jepperson Madsen Recital Hall, Philip N. Margetts Arena Theatre, Mariam Nelke Experimental Theatre, and T. Earl and Kathryn Pardoe Drama Theatre. Become cultured in the arts.
