The Children’s Discovery Garden is especially for children to experience, explore, and learn about Utah’s natural environment. This garden feature provides interesting and fun activities on various themes. Here are some of the exciting things to see and do:
Noah's Ark
This fountain is a realistic sculpture of Noah and the Ark with all the animals.
Bear Cave
Best experienced on hands and knees, explore the tunnels to find life-size bear statues to climb on. You can even hear bear noises in the darkness of the caves.
Outdoor Nature Classroom
Jump on logs and stumps, build with log blocks, and play the wooden xylophone.
Mineral Mound
Climb on the Mineral Mound and examine different kinds of rocks and minerals.
Bug Stage
Location for small performances and entertainment.
Hedgerow Mazes
Get lost in the two, child-sized vegetative mazes.
Eco Pond
Learn all about how pond creatures live and grow.
